The townhouse is discretely located a few minutes walk from little cove beach, with the boardwalk to Hastings street in one direction and the entry to the national park in the other. It also includes private roof terrace, downstairs court yard with bbq area, air conditioning, laundry, downstairs toilet, built-in wardrobes, newly carpeted bedrooms, outdoor shower and undercover car port.

Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. It is a short walk of about 300 metres down the hill to beautiful Little Cove Beach and then 5 minutes in one direction to Noosa National Park and 5 minutes the other way to the shops and restaurants of Hastings Street. The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a rear terrace/ parents' retreat off the master bedroom overlooking the shared pool at the rear, well equiped kitchen and laundry and a single carport under the building.
