Het appartement is rustig gelegen op een mooie plek in Amsterdam-Noord, omgeven door groen en aan het water. Binnen 10 minuten ben je in het centrum. Het is dé plek om te genieten van alles dat Amsterdam te bieden heeft en om binnen een paar minuten op de (gratis) fietsen de mooie natuur van Waterland te verkennen.

Uber gets you in 5 mins. to the free ferry behind Central Station. By bus you get to the city in 15 minutes. It is 10 minutes by bike to the ferry. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

Small park on the water just behind the house. The awesome bed has both hard and soft pillows. You will sleep well :)

The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
