Our 1 BR unit on the water is on the 11th fl, OCEANFRONT! One king bed & a sofa sleeper. Conveniently located on the Palm Beach strip. Walk to restaurants and watersports. Supermarket is 1 mile . Perfect for a family of 4. Peaceful location with awesome sunsets & the water is calm & sparkling clean. The rental amount does not include daily service/tax charge, which is about $35ish per day. If our unit is under renovation at the time, the rm. will switch to the new Bldg with same features.

Unfortunately, I am unable to use my timeshare space for the week of January 25th through February 1st, 2026 due to family considerations.
