Our one-bdrm ADU has the feeling of a cozy cottage, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen American Leather sofa bed. The bathroom is newly remodeled and includes a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the essentials with a large fridge and gourmet coffee supplies. Use of the main home's jacuzzi and BBQ are available too.
