A family run homestead that fronts Niton Undercliff, overlooking Reeth Bay at the southern tip of the Island. Providing an "OFF GRID" Tiny House accommodation, is set within an established Food Forest Garden. You’ll have plenty to enjoy at this historic place in a picturesque setting. This former coach house provides a little retreat and is just moments away from the coastal footpaths. It’s just half a mile into the village where there is a family run grocery shop, pottery, chemist, cafe, pub, and even a post office with bar and restaurant. A short walk to the famous Buddle pub which also serves food with panoramic views of the sea.

Classic Farmhouse nestled in National Landscape

Locks Farm House is a Grade II listed stone build dating back to 1702. It is a traditional long thatch with the roof also covering the former barn. There are two plain beam reception rooms and two double bedrooms, one with an original panel wall. All the rooms look out onto a walled garden and the Downs surrounding the village. The current owners restored the house lovingly using original materials and remain resident in Niton.
