It is close to the two beautiful parks, with many shops, restaurants and a big green market close by. Very well connected to the city center and other parts of the city by the public transport (1 min walk to the bus station). You can also walk easily to the "down town" through nice streets, neighborhoods and parks (20 min).

Very quiet though very close to the city center. Each room has its own balcony - one on the east, the other one on the west side.
