Queen sized bed with a comfy memory foam topped mattress, cotton sheets and bedding, modern bathroom, and wifi. Centrally located in Berhampore, bus stop across the road metres from the sprig and fern pub, Araucaria italian, gramercy baker. A short walk from Newtown and the hospital. A short bus or Uber to wellington CBD and Island bay beach.

Deck and outside seating. 5 minute walk to the famous Wellington sign, and central Miramar where you’ll find cool and funky restaurants and cafes, a petrol garage and the supermarket. Harbour side walks and tremendous views a short walk away, Massey memorial walk ten min drive. Easy access to the splendid walks on Eastern peninsular.

The apartment is a well-appointed one-bedroom unit that is perfect for an overnight stay, work or if you are in Wellington for an event. Close to the Central Business area with an abundance of eateries, shops and entertainment nearby. The check-in process is easy, check-in anytime when you arrive. Please note the apartment does not come with a car park. You are able to park on the street outside the building - Paid parking $5/hour 8am -8pm. Free parking 8:pm to 8am. $2.50/hour weekends.

Comfortable queen bed, access to laundry facilities available, and a desk to work at.

Warm studio apartment in Eastern Wellington. Close to Wellington airport, Lyall Bay beach, Kilbirnie and Akau Tangi/ASB sports centre. The apartment is a self contained unit on the frist floor of a two story building. There is a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. We live in the top floor with our three year old daughter. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.
