Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

A newly renovated four bedroom Cottage in the heart of High Newton, South Lakes. Designed and furnished to a high standard throughout with an open plan living area, featuring banquette seating and large dining table to seat the whole family. Four bedrooms with three being ensuite are designed for comfort, the fourth being on the ground floor for the less able all featuring Emma mattresses and soft, white cotton bedding and towels. Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, large garden & private parking within the grounds just 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors in to the garden.
