A moment's walk from the tolcarne gastro pub, the famous art gallery, and right on top of Newlyn green beach, leading to Penzance promenade. It's a traffic free location, although pre paid space in car park 50 yards away. The art is by local painter Ricky Chaplain, and the sun streams into the house in the mornings. The master bedroom is an en suite loft and has a beautifully open feel.

Newlyn, Penzance, St Michael’s Mount, St Ives are a 15-25 mins drive for days out, activities and restaurants.

Best described by previous guests; Fall straight into Cornish time with lazy mornings, long days and joyful returns. mOlly mUppeT is hidden amongst the houses behind the owners cottage and she soon becomes a real home and a stunning place from which to explore. So very cute in every way, the attention to detail is second to none. The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, whilst the garden was a little piece of heaven. A memorable base for a memorable holiday!
