Situated just outside the village of Highclere and a few minutes drive from Highclere Castle. We are a 10 minute drive to the centre of Newbury and 15 minutes from the M4 (J13). The Annex enjoys rural outlooks over Highclere Estate to the front and Great Pen Wood to the rear. It is a first floor separate annex providing privacy during your stay. The newly decorated cosy two bedroom cottage has a kitchen, sitting area, a separate modern bright bathroom. Private outside space is also available.

Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. Yet only ten minutes walk gets you to the countryside! The village also boasts a mainline station with direct trains to London Paddington.
