Welcome to a truly unique stay! Our property is home to two special ventures—our goat rental business, Scapegoats, and our nonprofit animal sanctuary, Mousam Misfits. While goats are part of the charm, they’re just the beginning—you may also see a variety of rescued animals during your visit. If you love animals and a one-of-a-kind experience, you’ll feel right at home here! We are about 150 ft from the Mousam River, and guests have access to kayaks (for free!) Kitchen sink, 2 burner stove, refrigerator, toilet and shower, one queen bed and twin bunk beds, dinette can also turn into a bed. Pots and pans, silverware and cooking utensils are provided. Camper has power and water as well as heat and air conditioning. There is a Blackstone griddle for outdoor cooking.

The house is NOT on the lake itself, but it is surrounded by trees in a lovely secluded spot. The only heat is a wood stove... but there is a 4-person cedar barrel sauna in the woods that is electric. A classic 1952 Spartanette travel trailer serves as an extra bedroom. This is a true retreat for romance and adventure.

This spacious, well-stocked, immaculate RV with large picture windows provides grand views of the impressive Connecticut River and local mountains. The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
