Nest Hudson Boutique Hotel - Suite One

Stay in a beautiful, modern and stylish private suite at Nest Hudson, a newly renovated boutique situated in a charming 100-year-old home. Lounge in the chic rooms featuring hardwood floors and bold blues before heading out the comfortable shared backyard, rocking chair front porch or enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea and relax on the back deck. There are 5 private, well-appointed suites available ideally located in the heart of town. All rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable with a ensuite private bathroom. The house itself is 100 years old and fully renovated while maintaining local charm and style. Guests have access to the front porch back porch and the common/shared kitchen located towards the back of the house where coffee and snacks are available 24/7. We have put much thought into all the details to make your stay comfortable and special. Guests have access to their own private room & bath. Public spaces include a front porch, back porch and backyard area. We live nearby and may be available as needed. We also have a cleaning team who services guest bedrooms each day. The hotel is located in the center of town making heading out for delicious dining and fun shopping easy and convenient. Take in the local culture on the main street and go for a scenic hike in the beautiful parks nearby. Ideally located in town so you can walk to everything. Street parking available. The Elms - River Room

The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

The River Room

This peaceful King Room with a private bath is located on the first floor & has everything you need for your trip! The old beams across the ceiling and huge pine floor boards make this room extra special, not to mention the propane fireplace & stunning views of The Machias River! Antique decor with a touch of Maine in the room help to capture that 1830’s farmhouse vibe. The room is stocked with coffee, linens, & soaps, along with a tray of goodies ready for your arrival! A guest favorite.

The Birch & Berry Inn Hinesburg, VT -Birch Sunrise

Offering "Stick Season" discounts of 25% for most of Nov and Dec. More than "just another Airbnb" the Birch & Berry Inn and Farm is a quintessential Vermont country inn and farm. An easy drive to Burlington, local colleges, UVM and the Airport with hiking, and recreational activities close by. The inn is walking distance to Hinesburg restaurants, shops, and breweries. We have friendly goats who love visitors. We can also offer "special packages" such as wine upon arrival, just ask!

Harbor Crest King Room (Dog Friendly)

The Harbor Crest Inn, located one half mile from our Main Inn, features luxury guest rooms that have been revitalized. This listing is for a 1st floor guestroom with wide doorways and a standard tub/shower in the bathroom. Guests of Harbor Crest can enjoy the many indoor and outdoor common areas. The 1730 Harbor Crest Inn is our only Inn that is dog friendly. Please note we do not offer elevators in any of our buildings.

We’re a small 1950s boutique motel in a tranquil setting just 1.5 miles outside of downtown Portsmouth and Kittery Foreside. Pull up and park directly in front of your room. In need of some fresh Maine air? Just open the windows in your room, or get your fill while sitting outside on one of our private decks, by our outdoor pool (early June to mid Sept) or in our grassy common area.

Newport Boutique Hotel Queen Bed w/Parking

Located in the Marshall Slocum Inn, the Snuggery is a small room featuring a queen bed and a spiral staircase within the room that goes up to a private bathroom with shower. Onsite parking, WiFi incl. As of November 8th, 2020 we will not be offering breakfast but will rather have a to go cafe for guests to purchase breakfast, lunch and appetizer items.
