October activities? Our place is only 4 miles from downtown, 17 miles from Sea World & 19 miles from Fiesta Tx. Spooktacular Fun! We have two units under the same roof. Couples traveling together have their own space, yet they can meet on our spacious deck. This unit, San Juan Gem on the River, and San Jose Gem on the River, each comfortably accommodates a couple. Or with just a short 5-minute drive, go live it up at 6 Flags Fiesta Texas! Take a short 15 minute drive to the River Walk to enjoy the sites. Or drive to Top Golf, the movies and more! Then come home to watch the sunset from your balcony and be amazed as the sun turns the sky to an assortment of colors.

The Tree Haus

The Tree Haus is 675 sq. ft., near Texas State University on five acres in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. River play and trail access in local area. It is 6 miles from downtown San Marcos and convenient to TSU (about 10 minutes to Bobcat Stadium). The Tree Haus is above my Studio, has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea service as well as a homemade breakfast bread for a fast start in the AM. We do not accept children under 8, non smoking, no pets, clean environment.

Has steps to access the upstairs and is located on the back side of the house, so if steps are an issue for you please do not book this property. It is a perfect spot for a visiting professor, travel nurse or other professional seeking a temporary stay away from the fray of the University or downtown. Please note this is a one bedroom unit with one queen size bed.
