Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

Easy access located center of town. This is a 4 bedroom home, 2 nice bedrooms upstairs with a Queen bed in the Master bedroom and a real nice Full Size bed in guest room. 2 bedrooms downstairs one with 1 nice Queen Sleigh Bed the other has a Twin Bed. Rollaway for a 5th bed. Living room has reclining couch, super soft big man recliner, 55" flat screen TV with 155 channels of Direct TV . Kitchen is equipped with most needed pots and pans and dishes etc. Small dining area with 2 bar stools.

The Roost

1930's Limestone chicken house converted to a cabin. 1/4 mile off a paved highway. Interior space is 46 feet x 11 feet, with sloping ceiling. Tiled shower with built in seat.(No tub.) Fully appointed kitchen. Beautiful views of the Smoky Hills. Several acres of native grassland with running stream to explore. Deer, turkey, bird watching, and other wildlife. If you are going walking, wear appropriate footwear. See the stars without city lights and enjoy the unbelievable quiet.

When you stay you'll have a full-size spa shower and bathroom; a tiny house kitchen complete with fridge, microwave, sink, toaster, coffee pot, waffle-maker, and crockpot; a table and 2 stools; a fold-out twin-sized sleeper sofa for ONE (or two if you like to be cozy); Smart TV (with outdoor amenities coming at a future date). This recently remodeled home was originally built in 1886. It has old world charm with all of the current amenities you expect. It is set in the quiet town of Liebenthal but only 15 minutes from the city of Hays. Very large one acre yard with a patio and firepit. There are 4 beds set in 2 bedrooms so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. The kitchen bar seats 6 and the living room seats 5. Pets are allowed for a fee and there is Wifi. Bedrooms are upstairs. We welcome your family!
