Beautiful Soaker Tub, King Bed, and Comfy Space

I have endeavored to create a comfortable space that provides a wonderful base for adventuring. The walls are covered in local art, I love showcasing local artisans. Paintings are reminiscent of Nelson and are for sale. The beautiful king sized bed and live edge wood counters are taken from sustainably harvested trees and created by a local craftsman. The upstairs is spacious and features a wood burning stove. The downstairs is a beautiful grotto bathroom with a sunken tub big enough for two.

Lakeside Suite

This lovely 2 bedroom suite is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach in the quiet neighbourhood of Fairview. A short bike ride in to town through beautiful lakeside park. A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!

Enjoy our one bedroom quaint suite as a refuge while you visit Nelson! Close to all recreation that Nelson has to offer. You can access mountain bike trails and Whitewater Ski hill within a 15-20 minute drive. Baker St and the downtown core is just a few minute drive. Our suite offers a large living space equipped with some kitchen supplies such as a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge. Relax at the end of the day in the deep tub or in the cozy living room with a movie or games.
