Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Casa Caroli|Dimore di Langa, charm in central Alba

Welcome to your home away from home! Casa Caroli is a detached house located in the center of Alba (100 m from piazza del Duomo). It’s a relaxing oasis with a courtyard and one free parking (it's also possible to reserve a second parking lot). It has three bedrooms (one bigger and two other smaller), a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. A/C in all the rooms. If you want to have a meal with a view, you can also find a patio and a terrace with table and chairs.

Nel cuore dell'Alta Langa, patrimonio dell'UNESCO, CASA VITTORIA, situata nel centro di Feisoglio, è un ottimo punto di partenza per escursioni in bicicletta, camminate nel verde e gite enogastronomiche. Disposta su due piani, è composta da cucina living, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Interamente in pietra di Langa, la casa si affaccia sul giardino da cui si può godere di un'ottima vista sul Monviso. Posizione ideale per raggiungere Alba patria della fiera del tartufo.

Ca'Delle Rondini - Vineyard Estate with Panorama

Ca'Delle Rondini is a beautifully restored Piedmontese farmhouse at 550 metres above sea level, surrounded by vineyards and woodland. The view is one of its defining features — an uninterrupted panorama across the Langhe hills towards the Alps, with Monte Viso visible on clear days. Cascina d'Ghistu A large farmhouse from the early 1900s, recently renovated and located at the foot of the Castle of Magliano Alfieri, just 3 km from the entrance to Alba, nestled between the Langhe and Roero regions. A strategic location for exploring Alba and all the stunning destinations nearby, including Barbaresco, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, and many others. The farmhouse features a spacious courtyard and a garden, perfect for relaxing and enjoying peaceful moments.

Casa Moscato è una splendida casa finemente ristrutturata sita nelle Langhe, vicino a Neive e pochi minuti d'auto da Alba circondata dai vigneti ideale per famiglie e amici alla scoperta del nostro magico territorio. internamente dispone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, 3 camere con letto matrimoniale tutte con bagno interno . Esternamente i nostri ospiti potranno rilassarsi nel giardino privato ed avranno una piscina (10x4 metri) a loro totale diposizione.

Roero House - La Cascina

Vi aspetto nel centro storico di Magliano Alfieri, appena sotto l’antico Castello della famiglia Alfieri, in una posizione comoda per raggiungere Alba, Bra e le spledide colline delle Langhe e del Roero. Sono sommelier e per anni ho lavorato a stretto contatto con le cantine di questo territorio. Se amate il vino e la buona tavola, sarò felice non solo di ospitarvi, ma anche di aiutarvi a scoprire produttori, ristoranti e luoghi che vale davvero la pena conoscere.

Romantic old house in Govone, Roero

The house built in 1943 has a splendid view of the Roero hills, with vineyards on one side and the Govone Castle on the other. The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
