Stay in one of the only Bruny Island waterfront properties that has spectacular ocean and mountain views from the living/dining/kitchen and bedroom, not to mention the enormous deck. Relax in bohemian luxury on 2 acres of natural bush and garden in the former art studio, now a private guest home, complete with unlimited WIFI. Full of artwork and Persian rugs, this is a place to unwind and absorb the peace and amazing views, especially at sunset, with uninterrupted access to the water's edge.

Nestled in an olive grove with views over Bruny Island’s famous Fluted Cape, our yurts offer the ultimate romantic glamping experience, with private bathroom and cooking facilities and an outdoor bath and fire pit for star gazing. Each yurt is furnished with vintage wares collected from all over the world, an internal wood fire, timber floors, and wool lined walls for cosy nights. Double glazed windows look out over the grove and surrounding forest which wraps 360 degrees around our farm.

Here at Great Bay Hideaway relax in this peaceful setting whilst planning your Bruny Island adventures. Only a stones throw from Get Shucked Oysters and the Bruny Island Cheese Company and a brisk walk to the beautiful Great Bay beach. We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Lune, lunawuni/Bruny Island

Lune, lunawuni is a secluded, eco-friendly cabin set on 2 acres of private waterfront bushland. Overlooking the d’Entrecasteaux Channel, with views of Hartz Mountains National Park, and with direct access to the waters edge of Sheepwash Bay, the property offers guests an intimate, nature immersed escape, with comfort in mind. Lune owners Sarah and Olly acknowledge the Nununi people, Traditional Owners of the land on which the cabin stands, and pay respects to Elders past and present.

The Lookout Cabin

The lookout cabin is an architect designed cabin for two, nestled high on Bruny's east coast sea cliffs. Enjoy expansive water views over Storm Bay, Tasman Island and the Southern Ocean. @driftwoodbrunyisland is a unique handcrafted cottage overlooking the Southern ocean on beautiful Bruny Island. Full of warmth and character the cottage invites you to relax, unwind and just be.... Cosy up by the fire, read a book from the cottage library, indulge in some delicious local produce and enjoy the abundant birdlife and wonderful ocean views. Set on two acres, you can wander and explore the gardens, relax in the new barrel sauna and admire the beautiful wildlife.
