The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

A modern studio in a beautiful listed building in the heart of Nottingham City, 100 m from the Victoria Centre, 200 m from Market square. Close to tram, bus, train and Euro car park. It is equipped with a high specification kitchen including AEG hob, washer / dryer, fridge with ice box and grill microwave. It has a double bed, small sofa, 4k smart Samsung 40" TV swivel mounted, fast internet, bar table with leather bar stools. Easy check in using a key safe.

La Terraza my 3rd place here. I designed this one with influence from my time in Spain. With light earth tones and sunshine vibes. It’s a 2 bed duplex with a balcony. one bathroom on the mezzanine floor where the master bedroom is and a cosy but comfortable 2nd bedroom on the ground floor. Situated in the heart of hockley where all the best of Nottingham is on your doorstep. Nothing in the city centre is more than a few mins walk.
