3 bedroom house set in a green area overlooking the little town of Teulada, 10 minutes driving (6 km) from the most beautiful beaches and coves of south Sardinia. The house is surrounded by 14 hectares of lush Mediterranean vegetation, it has a spacious internal court with a table to dine and have breakfast outside, sofas, hamacs and a BBQ. Dista 500m dalla spiaggia del Poetto, e 18km dall’aeroporto di Cagliari. Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco: 1€/notte per ospite, dai 14 ai 70 anni, per soggiorni tra marzo e ottobre.
