In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

In a distance of 50 steps there are mini markets, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, gym, bus station, taxis, beach bars, diving center, the sea ofcourse and in the same time is situated in a quiet location. The house is well equipped, it has a kitchen with all the necessary cooking accessories, toast and coffe maker, hair dryer, iron and a make up station.

Villa Blue Pearl is an 1 bedroom property with private swimming pool which is located in Elitas, a small hill just 3.5 km from Parikia the capital of Paros and the port. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Το Calma βρίσκεται στη Νάουσα, το παραδοσιακό αυτό ψαροχώρι με τον μεγαλύτερο αλιευτικό στόλο των Κυκλάδων. Βρίσκεται στις βόρειες ακτές της Πάρου, με κέντρο της ένα απο τα πιο γραφικά λιμανάκια πλημμυρισμένο με ψαροκάϊκα. Γραφικά σοκάκια και το ενετικό κάστρο στην παραλία της, το λεγόμενο καστέλι, φωτισμένο τη νύχτα δίνει μια μαγευτική νότα σε όλο το σκηνικό. Η αμμώδης παραλία των Αγίων Αναργύρων βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 7 λεπτών με τα πόδια.
