Completely restored in 2015, this 2 brm, century old traditional NL Salt Box Home offers an open living space with a spectacular view of the ocean and beach from our signature window wall. Hiking trails, white sand beach, and dining close by. One hour from Gander, Fogo Ferry and New World Island/Twillingate area. Stay for a while or combine with our other Old Salt Box Co homes.

Lynch Premises

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.
