The welcome book will be your guide to close by Siskiyou Lake activities w/ hiking, biking, golf & restaurants. It is 2 miles to town. Turn left up the driveway to your Cozy Studio.

This is a cozy, ground level studio flat, in a newer building. The front patio is unique to the Studio guests. Parking in front of the unit, or behind the building. This unit is ADA compatible. The kitchenette is modest, with a hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. Coffee and tea. Vaulted ceilings give the appearance of space, and the bathroom is very large. Heat/AC and sunny afternoons. Nestled at the end of a quiet country road just outside of Mt Shasta, this lovely guest house offers a quiet, cozy, and relaxing space with Mountain View’s in almost every direction. A balcony with bench seating and a granite table. We allow one small dog, under 40 lbs. 40.00 fee. Modern, clean, cozy. PLEASE!! NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY!

The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden.
