New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. New treehouse was built by me with my own two hands during the pandemic. The architect styled design is one of a kind with huge windows. Radiant Heat, custom bathroom/kitchen. My grandparents once owned and operated a dairy farm in the area and I want to share this treehouse and surrounding area with my guests. Ski or Ride in only 20 min to Killington and resorts. My treehouse is located on the historic ski highway with Killington-20 min, Pico, Okemo, Sugarbush, Saskadena Six, and Stowe.

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!
