This is a fully equipped, studio apartment at Northwest Square in DeLand. Northwest Square is the adaptive reuse of the 30,000 square foot Trinity United Methodist Church building. Northwest Square has 4 event spaces, a coffee shop, food hall and tap room, a flower and gift shop, a commercial commissary kitchen, and 15 apartments. There is also an outdoor seating area with a permanent food truck. The apartment is fully ADA accessible with a king sized bed, full kitchen, and curb-less shower.

This large lakeside renovated (July 2023) condo is close to all theme parks and is a short walk to restaurants and an outlet mall. Enjoy our two main pools (with tiki bar and hot tub) and poolside recliners. Condo includes: large private balcony; laundry; two full bathrooms; master king bed/ensuite; second bedroom with XL twin beds and a bunk bed nook for kids; 55-inch Samsung smart TV in living area and Amazon Fire TVs in each bedroom. Bunkbeds are for children only (ages 12 and under).
