Your own private pool in a newly renovated villa with full kitchen, living area + outdoor alfresco with Weber BBQ. We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants and if your into riding bikes there are kms of path at your doorstep.

A detached self contained unit 1 bedroom with king bed . A sofa bed is available for a 3rd guest on request $40 per night. Linen provided. It has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, air con throughout, ceiling fans, smart tv. 400 metres walk to beach, and a short walk to supermarket, cafes and mount coolum national park. Take in the fantastic mountain view from your private balcony after a morning at the beach. The local airport is 15mins drive away and bus stop is a short flat walk.

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Self-contained with its own private entrance, it is located in a very quiet street one block away from the surf, cafes, restaurants and shops. Guests can park right outside the door.
