Quiet rural setting overlooking the Mahurangi River ,Te Kapa inlet and farmland .Lots of native bush and wild bird life .Perfect retreat to relax and read Matakana area has wineries ,restaurants ,art galleries ,beaches ,regional parks and a farmers market . As it is West facing we are often treated to spectacular sunsets. The apartment is spacious with a sitting room and is separated from the main house by a double garage . We are down a 2 km gravel road but the views are worth the drive.di

You'll instantly fall head over heels for Lover's Point. The moment you arrive at the stunning clifftop cabin, every way you look, the views, quite simply, take your breath away. Unique studio unit. Separate to main dwelling with own access and self contained. A lovely light and airy space originally designed as an artists studio. Space includes queen bed, two comfortable chairs, small fridge with tea and coffee bench, and shower and toilet. Access to laundry facilities in main house if required. 1 minute walk to beach, 1 min. drive or 10 minute walk to large selection of restaurants in Orewa. Five minutes from motorway, 30 minutes from Harbour bridge.

This is a comfortable,small fully contained stand alone Studio in a farm setting.Situated nearby to beautiful beaches, and the Tawharanui Regional Park where you can take bush walks and trails.On dusk you are able to spot kiwi in the Regional Park, which is very special.If you are attending a Wedding here in Tawharanui this is a perfect location being so very close to the Venue.Ideal for cyclists also as there is a large barn where you can leave your bikes securely and dry.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Orewa by the Beach - Coastal living

Centrally located at the heart of the famous Orewa beach in the Hibiscus Coast of North Auckland region, 200m distance from the surf beach and 350m from the entrance of the 8km estuary walk/cycle way. The shops, supermarkets , cafes, restaurants/bars, take aways and fast foods are 1km walk. We only offer a quiet , comfortable room to stay in - Parties, visitors and binge drinking are not allowed.
