Classic beach cottage 5 minutes walk to 2 of the best surfing beaches on the South Coast. Ride your bikes or go beach or rock fishing. Swim or bodyboard in the crystal clear waters of Broulee. There is also now a Brewhouse just up the road. Our place is in the perfect part of Broulee to enjoy everything this awesome surf village has to offer. It is also 10 minutes to Mogo Zoo and 20 minutes to Batemans Bay. All bed linen and bath towels are supplied. Sorry no schoolies. Strictly no pets.

The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Riverside house with cabin at Mossy Point

2 bedroom house with separate 1 bedroom cabin in Lovely Mossy Point. Situated on a quiet section of Annetts Pde with no through traffic. A reserve and the Tomaga river just over the back fence a great area for dogs who are welcome. A short walk to the Muffin shop and the boat ramp. You can walk to Nth Broulee beach via the headland and Candalagan creek, otherwise only a 3 minute drive. There are 5 adult and 2 childrens canoes provided for you to explore the mangroves and Tomaga river.

Excellent spots for fishing and a great surf break at Pinks Point. From vantage points on the island, you can spot migrating whales.

Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.
