"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.

Die Ferienwohnung (55qm) befindet sich in dem von uns im toskanischen Stil umgebauten alten Landhaus im OG mit einer eigenen Terrasse. Sie bietet Platz für 2 bis 4 Personen. Das Haus, am Südhang von Morrona, liegt sehr ruhig, in Dorfnähe, das man zu Fuss in 3 Minuten erreicht. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Alimentari und ein Café/Bar. Ideale Position um die Toskana zu erkunden. Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lucca, Florenz sowie die Küste sind alle in weniger als in 1 Autostunde zu erreichen
