Within the five-hundred-acre estate you are surrounded by nature at its best. There are two lakes and the Otter-Burn in the grounds. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Derecroft Glamping Luxury Lodgepods sit on a hilltop near the village of Lanchester, with spectacular views across County Durham countryside. Breath-taking views of Durham Valley farmland can be spied from all the windows of the ultra-spacious pods. Each sleeps up to four people in total comfort, with hot showers in the en-suite bathroom (bed linen, towels, bathroom products, robes and slippers are all provided). In the dining and seating area, there’s ample space for chilled downtime.

Our lovely two-bedroom lodge is on an attractive park of 14 privately owned timber lodges. It looks out towards rolling hills and eating outside is a delight in fine weather. There is also a mini-laundrette. It is 15 minutes’ walk to Longframlington with its two pubs, the famous Running Fox teashop, a village store and butcher’s shop. Linden Lodge is an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking Northumberland countryside and coast.
