Private basement apartment located in a quiet Bountiful neighborhood. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds. The living room has a pullout couch, apartment sleeps 6 comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, full bath. Beautiful property and views. Spacious with private entry. The space is a mother-in-law apartment in the basement of our home and is completely separate from the rest of the home. Note that you will need to go down exterior stairs (or hill) to access the apartment.
