Ffermdy Bach is a self contained cottage adjoining our Welsh farmhouse. It has a separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed. You are only 5 minutes walk from the coastal path and beautiful beaches of Borth y Gest. There's so much to explore and see in the area: Snowdonia, Portmeirion, castles, narrow gauge railways in nearby Porthmadog and if you are looking for more excitement try the zip wires at Blaenau and Llanberis. Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.
