Velmi jednoduchý, ale útulný, vhodný pro dvě osoby. 4. patro ze 4. bez výtahu. Plně zařízený podle nejmodernějších standardů - kávovar, toastovač, myčka nádobí, pračka, žehlička, žehlící prkno, fén... a vše ostatní co by mohlo zůstat doma zapomenuto :-). Tichá oblast v blízkosti lesa, 30 minut jízdy MHD do centra. Na přání lze zařídit vyhrazené parkování (tato služba je již zahrnuta v ceně ubytování).

The studio is very well located, 15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, tram and bus stops are located 30 metres from the house. There is a grocery shop 30 metres from the house, as well as coffee shops, bars and restaurants. I would like to point out the proximity of the tram under the windows; if you are sensitive to noise, my accommodation is not suitable for you.
