Birdhouse on the Beach

Birdhouse on the Beach is steps away from the beach and has an amazing view, in fact you basically drive on the beach to get to the house. The inside of the house is cozy and remodeled in January of 2021! The kitchen, bath, and living room were completely redone. A washer and dryer was added to the house along with 2 sets of bunk beds. Big Wave Dave's Hideout

This centrally located studio apartment is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. The apartment has been updated with new flooring, paint, furnishings, cold AC, etc. It is located behind the main house in a separate building with a private entrance and a parking area for use by guests. Guests have access to the backyard of the main home. No loud behavior out of consideration for neighbors. Several convenience stores within walking distance. 0.6 miles to beach.

Sunny's Place-Near Moody Gardens & Schlitterbahn!

Bring the whole family or a group of adults to the spacious, yet cozy, Sunny's Place for lots of fun and relaxation! Feel right at home at Sunny's which is conveniently located to local attractions such as Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and beautiful Galveston Island beaches! Sunny's is in a quiet neighborhood next to Offats Bayou and features a large living room, dining room, washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms (so everyone has privacy) and a large backyard! The location is in an upscale neighborhood that is only a 3min drive or a 10min walk to the beach. Also a 5min drive to many popular local restaurants on 61st. We call our home Sunday's Famous Weekender because it is famous. Our tiny home is on HGTV & DIY Network's -Restoring Galveston Season 2! So...she is not only a tiny house, but she is FAMOUS! Completely renovated tiny house. Have you ever wanted to see what it is like to not only stay in a tiny house but, one that is on tv and near the beach? This home is spectacular! The home is 648 square feet but, feels much bigger and includes a 2 car garage and deck for entertaining!

The Baden Bungalow

The perfect getaway with all the amenities of home. This guest house bungalow is the perfect spot for 2. Centrally located on the island, it is just a few minutes drive to all of Galveston's major attractions. Recently remodeled it is set up for the perfect stay away from home. The apartment is located on the side of the main house with off-street parking and a private gate/entrance to access the apartment. Self check-in after 3:00pm with coded door lock.

This open concept 1200+ sq foot studio suite encompasses the entire 2nd floor of the Roomers House, with amazing views of the gulf, pleasure pier and seawall blvd. This suite features a full kitchen, amazing bath (with large walk in shower), washer/dryer, 65” TV with Hulu Live TV, adjustable Mini Split HVAC, high speed Wi-Fi, two private decks, assigned private parking & sleeps up to 4 with two pillow top king sized beds.
