On the ground floor: living room with tv and air conditioner, well-equipped kitchen with a small terrace, main bedroom with air conditioner and bathroom, second room with double bed and bathroom. By the vintage stairs you can reach the mezzanine with a small bathroom and two comfortable queen bed. In the big terrace you can enjoy your meals. Access at the pool (from 15 june) and parking space.

We love our home because it's light, cosy, breezy, relaxing. All newly renovated :) Literally 10 paces from the beach, there is a road so expect some road noise! Parking available outside our gate. Private outdoor space to celebrate together with seating for 10 around marble table, grill, hammock and extra large outdoor sofa.

The apartment "Il Vivagnolo" is located inside a very large farm with a beautiful swimming pool nestled in the hills. The apartment has two independent entrances, the main access from the porch shared with the other apartments of the farm and the access to the swimming pool that overlooks the Maremma vineyards. The real gem of the house is the large terrace overlooking the 13th century church: a real rarity in the village of Sorano!
