We are an easy launching point to nearby hiking & biking trails.

Beautiful cabin with balcony, plus a private hot tub on a comfortable porch. Overlooking Noxon Reservoir and Swamp Creek Bay, you can enjoy the view and a soak or a sip. Walk to the bay from your cabin and catch dinner. Free range eggs in season. Convenient to many great activities. Fire bowl with wood provided (in season). Plenty of parking and room to turn a bass boat trailer around. Six miles to boat ramps. Free laundry downstairs. There is a lovely pebble beach just a very short drive away.

Beautiful location on the edge of town and close to the airport. Priced below the least expensive motel in Bozeman, ideal for up to 2 ppl with a Queen bed. The Kitchenette offers a ref, Coffee press, air fryer oven, induction burner, micro. It’s on a private road 10 min. to dwntwn & airport. The yard is partially fenced. Just down road from the Bridger & Gallatin vet. We allow well behaved dogs for a one time fee, please mark pet. We are powered by solar. There’s ac in the summer months.

Nestled in the Sapphire Mountains on 24 acres just outside Stevensville, Montana, is the Sapphire Trout. With panoramic views of the Bitterroot Mountains only ten minutes from the Bitterroot River and highway 93, the area offers hiking, boating, biking, fishing, hunting and many more activities. Guesthouse w/ Great Views & Hot Tub

Enjoy beauty & relaxation on acres of land and horse pastures while being minutes from Hyalite Canyon & Reservoir (some of the best hiking, fishing, swimming, boating, ice climbing, etc.) and 10 minutes from down town. The guest house (the 2nd floor of a detached building on our property) is over 1,000 square feet and the perfect place to use as basecamp as you explore Bozeman and surrounding areas. The hot tub with mountain views is a perfect way to unwind from your day.

Dexter Peak cabin, elegantly rustic near YNP/Chico

Dexter Peak Cabin is located near the base of the mountains on a 25 acre parcel shared with our home but still private. Close to Livingston, Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone River, waterfalls, hiking and fishing, and 35 minutes to Yellowstone Park. Cabin is located about 200' from owner's home but the outdoor areas are oriented away from the home and toward the mountains. Little to no traffic as we are a couple with no kids. Dexter Peak Road is a great road for walking!

Stay in the heart of Bozeman! Walking distance to Main St (10 min) & MSU Campus (5 min). Bright, spacious, clean, modern, peaceful space located in a beautiful historic neighborhood lined with mature trees. Separate building with a dedicated off-street parking space and private entrance. The Bunkhouse

The bunkhouse is a rustic 1 bedroom, set in God's own country. Perfect for a weekend getaway or base camp for your next hunting adventure. Located 9 miles outside of Augusta on a gravel road, 2 miles from Willow Creek Reservoir, near the Bob Marshal Wilderness, and just next door to some real western adventure! Think cowboys, stagecoaches, and hold ups! (available upon request)
