The home is situated on the property behind the main home with partial lake views from each side of porch. 5 minutes by water from Jimmy Davis State Park swim area/beach. There is covered parking available for your boat or vehicle. Two public boat ramps are also just minutes away.

Come enjoy a peaceful getaway on Caney Lake. Our guesthouse is an updated mobile home that is right behind our main house. While the mobile home is not waterfront, we love for our guests to enjoy our floating boathouse and our yard (that is waterfront) with lounge chairs, hammock and a fire pit. Feel free to cast a line! If we are there staying in the main house, we desire for you to feel freedom enjoying these spaces! There are bream and bass galore so bring your fishing pole!
