The accommodation is a perfect place to lay your head for a weekend, a work trip or accommodation around a wedding or event. There’s no kitchen although tea and coffee are provided and the nearby Caterham Cafe does a great breakfast! Costa, Cafe Nero and restaurants are also moments away.

Tucked away at the end of a private lane in the hamlet of Small Dole with uninterrupted views across the South Downs National Park, it's a perfect base for exploring the area. We're 30 minutes from Gatwick (parking and transport can be arranged) and Brighton, historic Arundel and glorious Goodwood are all within easy driving distance.

Comfortable and bright one bed annexe in a quiet semi rural private road nestled in the Surrey Hills with views of Box Hill. Denbies vineyard and the North Downs Way is on its doorstep. Perfect location for walkers and cyclists alike. It’s a 15 min walk to Dorking Town Centre with all its amenities and 10 min walk to the station with links to London, Gatwick and Reading. The annexe is located above our garage with its own private access via a gate from the driveway next to our family home.

16th Century Bakery retreat in the Surrey Hills

The Bakery is in the quaint English village of Ockley surrounded by beautiful countryside and many footpaths for walking and cycling. You are close to Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill as well as the Vann Lake Nature Reserve. The space has been sympathetically restored to create a comfortable self-contained annex. Amenities include fridge, kettle and Iron + board. In the village there is a pub, a garage, shop, farm shop and train station. Please note some areas with low ceilings.

The Annexe is a self-contained interior designed studio apartment, adjacent to a Victorian mill house and set in beautiful gardens. We are perfectly positioned for visits to London, Windsor and Eton, as well as being a five minute taxi ride from Heathrow T4/5. Parking is free in our gated car park whilst you are staying with us. And if you are flying from Heathrow and need somewhere for your car whilst you are away you can leave it with us for a small daily charge (by prior arrangement).

Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Courtyard is a luxury, completely self contained apartment, safe and secure with its own private entrance. The king size bedroom and seating area overlook our courtyard in leafy Long Ditton. Close to Surbiton with trains direct to London Waterloo in just 16 minutes. Access to the suite is from a key safe. Guests can enjoy complete privacy during their stay, while we live in separate on-site accommodation should you have questions. Parties and gatherings are not permitted.

Dining table available where guests can enjoy a nice cup of tea or coffee.
