Welcome to real Italy. This is a unique home, named locally as Casa Matita (The Pencil House). It has an awesome view awaiting you from the loggia (roofed terrace). Relax, read, drink prosecco or dine while watching amazing sunsets in the peaceful medieval village of Santa Vittoria. At the top of the hill-top village, the house enjoys a 180-degree panorama of the sea and the mountains (both 45 mins). Recently restored, with three double bedrooms, parking 50m and shops/bakery/taverna 200m.

The GrazieSole farmhouse is a newly renovated 1900s farmhouse, in a characteristic style with original stone walls, exposed bricks and ceilings with wooden beams, it has a 12-metre swimming pool with breathtaking views and a wide panorama that extends from the Sibillini Mountains to the adjacent hillside villages. It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

Uliveto is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lovingly restored farmhouse. Close to the beautiful hill town of Mogliano and set between the sea and the mountains. The house is fully private, very well equipped and furnished with a mix of antiques and modern pieces, whilst still retaining its character. The swimming pool is for your use only, there is lots of outside space and plenty of shady spots to relax in - everything you need for the perfect get-away-from-it all holiday.

L'Oliveto is a farm in an olive grove in a tranquil valley five minutes from Mogliano, in the heart of rural Le Marche. The two bedroom apartment is on the ground floor, with a terrace and a table set amongst the olive trees with views down to the swimming pool. There is another apartment on the property, with separate outdoor facilities. The tranquil apartment looks out onto the garden which is exclusively for the use of guests. The owners live on the property.
