There is a supermarket around the corner and in Westbahnhof there is a large mall with many shops and restaurants. Living Room The living room features a bed (160×200), a dining table and two chairs, a 40 inch flat-screen TV (cable TV), radio clock with iPod docking station. Kitchen The kitchen is completely equipped with all appliances (fridge, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery). Bathroom The bathroom features a bath tub, washbasin and toploader washing machine. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. Anteroom In the anteroom there is a spacious wardrobe. Whether you are travelling as a couple or a group of three or four ... our apartment is the perfect place for you to be. By tram you are in the historical center of Vienna with all its attractions and shops within 10 minutes. After an eventful day, you can relax in a cosy atmosphere. Of course you have free internet and Netflix available. On request we are also happy to provide a baby bed for the youngest.

Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!
