Anticamente era infatti una Carretteria, struttura tipica siciliana, dove vi si realizzavano i carretti siciliani e nel contempo veniva trasportata la paglia al suo interno. The apartment is located in the " Graziella " the oldest district of the Ortigia on the second floor of an independent building recently renovated.It has an area of 55 square meters, which extends on one level except the attic loft which houses a comfortable double bed. There's a private terrace.The apartment is comfortably livable for two to six people, consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living room where you will find the sofa bed and the attic loft.

Dista circa 8 km dal mare, 10 km dall' Oasi Vendicari e 30 km dalla città di Siracusa. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto Fontanarossa di Catania (circa 50 minuti di strada).

"Vico Muccio" is in a central position, a few minutes from the main cultural attractions, bars, shops and local restaurants. The house, recently restructured, is nicely located in a silent alley of the old town with plenty of light.
