We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. Situated just above the "Sunset beach" in Lapad bay area.You will have: whole apartment (75m2) for yourself, dinning terrace (30m2), chill-out terrace (50m2) / a private garden area and a private parking. Apartment is part of the "Marijan” gallery built by Marijan Kockovic, a world renowned artist. Spend your holiday in an artistic environment, surrounded by cypress tree forrest and 50 marble and bronze sculptures.

Micika Apartments are located 2 km from Cavtat, a quiet little town with rich cultural and historical heritage, beautiful beaches and scenery, just 15 minutes ride to Dubrovnik's Old Town. -Free private parking is available, reservation is not required. For the following season we wented to make this apartment more exciting for our future guests. Some exciting renovations were done and we are still waiting for to new professional photos to be done.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
