All inside a Historic home on Dauphin Street and across the street from a Venue for events and gatherings. There is plenty of parking behind the house and the entrance is to the right of the home. There is a lockbox on the door so you can arrive any time after 3:00 pm. The entrance is to the right of the house at the side door. This apartment is located at the beginning of the Historic downtown area which is a diverse neighborhood yet offering restaurants, bars, and sightseeing We have UBER and LYFT available for those who don't want to drive a car. NO parties allowed.

Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
