This cozy house has so much to offer with sleeping for 4 to 8 and could accommodate more with the pack-and-play. King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. No smoking. No parties. Great place to relax and enjoy.

This family lodge sits in the beautiful South Dakota country side. It's located just 30 minutes from Mitchell and right off of Interstate I-90! This lodge has 2 levels with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 big screen TV's, poker table, Foosball, and pool table, as well as free Wi-Fi! Gas grill and fire pit also! Situated in a private woods setting with beautiful views, it is the perfect lodge to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful South Dakota countryside!

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This nostalgic farm house creates a great location for families to stop on their way through South Dakota on I-90 to let the kids run and do a load of laundry. Also great for hunters looking for more than a single room to enjoy the area's abundant public land to pheasant hunt. There is plenty of space at this location to get ready for the hunt, shoot clay pigeons on-site or let the dogs get some exercise.

The Corn Palace Cottage - Amazing Location !

Welcome, everyone! Our home, built in 1925, is located in the heart of the historical area of downtown Mitchell. It is situated next to the World’s Only Corn Palace and includes off-street parking for two vehicles. We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! This is a private Cottage Cabin, adjacent to the City Park in Bridgewater. This Cottage has character with a vintage rustic feel while offering all the amenities of a modern day residence. The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

Spacious 2BR/2BA townhome on the west side of Sioux Falls! Enjoy a large picture window overlooking the pond, a remote-controlled patio awning, and an exterior shade for added privacy. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open, which makes for a nice. The open room on the first floor makes for a nice common pace for people to hangout with each other. Out the back door is a patio area where you can enjoy the weather outside. I have a few AirBnBs in these townhouse. This give a large group the ability to rent more than one space very close to each other.
