From this property you are just a short walk to the Gasconade River near the MO River. Great boating, fishing & swimming w/ easy boat ramp access & parking. The Union Pacific Railway crosses the river & N. side of town. Gasconade is a small quiet town except for the occasional train or boat going by. At night enjoy stargazing from your private hot tub.

The furnishings are Victorian-modern and beautifully accent the high ceilings, tall windows, and lovely wood trim throughout the home. Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Located in the Lake Hill (formerly Shadow Lake) Golf Course neighborhood (course is currently closed) about a mile from the NW shores of beautiful Pomme de Terre Lake, and about 6 miles south of Lucas Oil Speedway.
