Thunder Ridge at the Forest Retreat is an adults-only pet-friendly getaway. Children may come only during specific holidays. Your house will be unlocked. Check-in is a 3 p.m. Here you are surrounded by the Homochitto National Forest. Take a picnic to the sand-bars along the pristine spring-fed creek. Hike or mountain bike on the remote forest roads. Welcome to our little place on the bayou. A nice getaway that's not too far away from anything. Take time to unwind on the back porch looking out over the salt marsh. Restaurants, shopping, fishing, the beach and all of the fun the ocean has to offer are just minutes away. Downtown Ocean Springs and Front Beach are a 15 minute drive. New Orleans and Gulf Shores are both easy day trips from here and Biloxi is about a 20 minute drive.

If you’re looking for a spacious luxury suite, this probably isn’t it. But if you want an affordable, comfortable place to sleep and recharge, you’ll feel right at home. The Nook offers a twin-sized Murphy bed .There is NO television!!! However we have Free WiFi for streaming Phone or Tablet .
