This property has only one designated parking spot and cannot accommodate trailers. Due to allergies, no pets. Check-out: 5:00pm on Sundays only.

The carriage house is 650 sq feet of open living space with a full bath, queen size bed, living area and full size kitchen on the second floor of our carriage house. It is private. There is a deck with wonderful views of boating and sunsets. You have access to our dock for sun bathing, fishing and swimming.

Full bathroom with shower, privacy toilet, sink and washer/drier. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. 2 mini split HVAC units.
