Sibley Loft - adorable one bed one bath with patio

The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.

Cozy, sunny, lower-level apartment. Top-tier neighborhood of historic mansions, great for walking, biking, running. Extra room can serve as private 2nd bedroom with sofa bed pulled out. Shared laundry room but otherwise the place is yours alone with your own entrance. Note: this is a walkout basement apartment.
