Die verbaute 3-fach Verglasung hält jeglichen Lärm vom Innenraum fern.

Ingresso privato al primo piano con unica rampa di scala, zona giorno con cucina abitabile, zona notte con letto matrimoniale 160x190, cabina armadio, bagno con doccia. Non adatto a bambini di età inferiore ai 12 anni.

La mia casa è situata nel centro storico antico, in un palazzo del 1600. Si tratta di un appartamento di 3 locali, finito di ristrutturare nel 2018, situato al primo piano, composto da un soggiorno con tv e divano letto matrimoniale, da una cucina nuovissima e spaziosa, da un'ampia camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, un letto singolo largo, un armadio ed una scrivania, da un bagno con box doccia e lavatrice. Può ospitare fino a 5 persone. Si trova al primo piano senza ascensore.
