Little, cozy place near beach for a couple.

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall living shrubs, flowers, and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella in the garden. I rent out a separate half of the house to guests: one bedroom, a small kitchen combined with a hallway. Peace and quiet reign here. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I go into my half of the house, but very rarely. There are no other guests on the property, just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking free.

This cottage is a gem to be found! From the primary room to the charming loft, this cottage can sleep 6! There is a full working kitchen. For those who wish to do exploring, you will be centrally located on LI giving you great ease in using LI rail road (.5 mile) from cottage and Port Jeff Ferry (1mile)from cottage. There is a large fenced in yard with BBQ and outdoor seating if you wish to dine in. Dogs are allowed w/prior notice and a $65 pet fee. You won’t beat this value! Has it All!!

Welcome to our blue apartment a Peaceful, comfy one bedroom apartment suitable for 4 people. Private bedroom has a Queen size bed with comfy mattress and two small closets to keep your belongs. Living room has two twin comfy beds, tv and desk. Kitchenette is equipped with necessities for a quick meal and coffee maker. You can also enjoy the shared backyard with the fire pit. The Katalpa House -by the beach

-Our beach is private, key and beach tag provided- (in brown shed) This 1000+ sf home, features a newly renovated kitchen, outdoor shower, and many quirks that come with a 90 year old home. The furnishings are eclectic and vintage. Most of the flooring is also new. The beach and bluffs are only about a 2 minute walk. The 1/4 acre lot is shared with a secondary unit as you can see in the photos which is occupied by my sister.
