This 2-bedroom, 1 bath, 950 sq ft apartment is on the lower level of the beloved "Little Blue Guest House" and includes a king bed in one room and a full bed in the other, accommodating up to four guests. It has a fully stocked kitchen and bright south-facing egress windows to make your stay truly comfortable while being close to everything.

My house is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a private driveway, Lehigh valley airport is about 15 minutes away, Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom is about 5 minutes, Bear Creek is about 15 minutes away, Costco, Target, Starbucks, and whole foods are only 2 minutes away, near i78 with many restaurants to choose from, this is not the entire house, is the basement which has a private entrance with private bathroom, you don't share the place with anyone, is exclusively for guests.

This cozy cabin sits on 11 acres in a very rural area of Upper Bucks County. Situated right on the edge of a 6 acre pond, the view can't be beat. Boats and life jackets provided. Sit on a stony beach by the bonfire or enjoy a bonfire in grassy area where you can play horsehoes, BBQ or just watch the kids fish off the beach. Sit in a rocker on the large, peaceful screened in porch or move inside and sit by the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Less than 2 miles to state gamelands.

The unit is on main street so there is traffic noise. We do ask that guests are respectful of permanent tenants in the building.
